What is the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL?
Look forward to an exciting day of inspiring workshops, interesting keynotes and captivating panel discussions. We’ll shed light on new strategies and tools to master current workplace challenges and discuss the potential they hold. We’ll answer the following questions:
EDUCATION. How does mental health impact your job? What is “responsible hiring”? What kind of educational and further training opportunities should a company offer – especially regarding Future Skills and digitization? And how do you facilitate the career entry of lateral entry employees and international professionals?
TRANSFORMATION. Which transformations do companies need to undergo in terms of technology and sustainability to remain successful? Which individual changes must be made as a job seeker, during unemployment or professional disorientation? How do AI and machine learning play into this transformation process?
ACTION. How do I build my own sustainable network to help me in a crisis, and to pave my professional path? How can I, as an employer, strengthen my employees’ company loyalty and in turn support their development?
