As a large networking association in the media industry, we know that a good network can make the difference between success and failure in professional life. The constant exchange about current challenges, the mutual reality check, the good and sustainable contacts – building trusting connections only brings advantages. In the games industry, the proportion of female employees – especially in management positions – needs to be improved. This is where we want to pick up and ensure stronger networking.
In cooperation with Fein Games, we are specifically targeting female founders and experts from the games industry – through our games:net Berlin Europe project, which is funded by the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises – in order to establish a sustainable women’s network in the capital region. For this, we would like to set the starting point with the Female Executive Dinner on November 1st. The hand-picked guests will have the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas at an exclusive dinner.
