Berlin School of Creative Leadership and ArtCenter College of Design are collaborating with some of today’s most dynamic and disruptive global brands to launch a series of premium workshops led by renowned creatives and professionals in Design, Technology, and Creative Entrepreneurship. This partnership unites Berlin School’s expertise in Creative Business Leadership with ArtCenter’s legacy as a preeminent design school producing creative leaders that are shaping the world’s most relevant brands.

This two-day immersive & hands-on learning experience is co-taught by a top creative from Google with expert faculty from ArtCenter and Berlin School.

Participants learn to use design and leadership tools to disrupt their top business challenges in a real-time creative process with the goal of creating greater business value.

Participants will prepare for the sessions by beginning to identify their individual leadership purpose. On the first day, we will extend their reflections through a suite of interactive, creative and strategic exercises. This will enable everyone to understand more deeply their personal values and priorities and how they shape their own creative leadership practice.

We will then guide participants to explore and practice disruptive thinking by connecting their individual leadership purpose to future scenarios, organizational models and new market opportunities.

Starting on the morning of the second day and continuing through that afternoon, participants will refine and visualize how concretely they can apply models of disruptive thinking to their specific contexts (e.g., organizational challenges, customer demands, innovation opportunities).

By the close of the program, each participant will have created a roadmap with actionable steps, rooted in their individual purpose and business contexts, that will enable them to enhance their creative leadership and deliver greater business benefits.
